  Welcome! We are thrilled to have you on board and have dedicated a lot of time creating a brand around your attraction to specific footwear as it's so personal to each individual. Our aim is to provide you with a welcoming experience and the freedom to explore a range of used footwear on a marketplace dedicated to satisfying your interests. 

Our ambition is to grow this marketplace into a thriving community of likeminded people interacting with each other and openly discussing and sharing experiences. 

This brand is built around you so we welcome your feedback so we can tailor our growth around your needs. Please please do reach out, we'd love to hear from you. 

The practical stuff

🚚All physical products are posted Free Delivery (UK only). We are now trialling deliveries to EU, Canada and USA. We kindly ask that you only add one seller's items to your basket when ordering from outside of the UK as the custom rate only covers shipping for one package.

💬 You will see on certain listings that buyers are happy to chat about the products they have on sale. If this is of interest to you, visit contact a seller – More Than Soles or email us at morethansolescustomercare@gmaill.com with the username and we will supply you with the sellers contact details 💬

Customs -  You will notice a "Tip/Custom" option at the top of the each page. If you've agreed a custom with a seller, select an amount from the drop down and add to your cart. If you change your mind about the amount, head into your cart where you can delete it - *Important, make sure you only have items from one seller / vendor in your cart when adding a tip*

Delivery -  You can choose whether you would like to collect from a Evri or Inpost collection point or deliver to home address (for UK deliveries). For goods shipped outside of the UK your purchase will be sent to your shipping address. 

🤫Discretion is key, therefore transactions will appear as MTS marketplace on your account

The seller has 5 days to dispatch and we will supply you a tracker ID. 

You will have 48 hours after confirmation of delivery to contact us if you have any concerns with your purchase

BUYER PROTECTION 🔒- receive a full refund in the rare event a seller doesn't, or is unable to send the goods
