1. Introduction Welcome to More Than Soles. By accessing our website and purchasing our third party products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of More Than Soles and is protected by international copyright laws.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment must be made at the time of purchase using Card Transaction.
- More Than Soles determine the price of all goods sold on this site
- Buyer and vendor agree on price of any additional services
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We offer free shipping to UK.
- Delivery times are estimates but we aim to post within 5 working days
- Buyers will be supplied a tracking number to monitor their delivery
- Buyers must indicate at checkout whether they want to ship to a collection point at home. This cannot be changed once the sale has been progressed to the shipping stage.
5. Returns and Exchanges
- Returns will be considered on grounds that there is a significant discrepancy between the product description and the goods that have received. Proof will be required including images.
- To initiate this process please contact us at morethansolescustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
- Please note More Than Soles are not liable for any errors in the delivery process and does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
6. Limitation of Liability
- More Than Soles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Complaints
- If you wish to file a complaint, please contact us. We will review and address all complaints within 7 days.
- According to our terms and conditions, we will determine the validity of the complaint.
- After a decision is made, an appeal can be filed 48 hours after the resolution.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.

10. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

- When you create an account with us, you must always provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failing to do so breaches the Terms and may lead to the immediate termination of your account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your password, whether it is with our Service or a third-party service.
- You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
12. Fees and administrative charges
- Modifications may be made to the fees and administrative charges as the business grows. Your continued use of the Service after the fee changes comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount. As at 30/08/2024 the commission for all sellers is set at 15%. This is subject to change as brand grows.
13. Purchases
- When purchasing a product from More Than Soles you will be asked to provide basic information at checkout including your card number, your billing and shipping address.
- In doing so you confirm that you have legal right to use the payment card and the information you supply is true and correct at time of purchase.
- By submitting such information, you permit us the right to provide the information to third parties to facilitate the completion of Purchases. We may execute our right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
- We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
